From BreakingNews: On his last day in office, Gov. Rod Blagojevich granted clemency today to a former drug dealer who works as a janitor at a homeless shelter that once employed the governor's wife, as well as a real estate mogul who bought Oprah Winfrey's 160-acre Indiana farm in 2005. The governor ordered that the criminal convictions of both Jimmie Beck, 40, the janitor, and Fred Latsko, 43, who owns a development company, be wiped off public court records.
