Blago: Impeached, Removed, Banned ... Merciful and Kind

From BreakingNews: On his last day in office, Gov. Rod Blagojevich granted clemency today to a former drug dealer who works as a janitor at a homeless shelter that once employed the governor's wife, as well as a real estate mogul who bought Oprah Winfrey's 160-acre Indiana farm in 2005. The governor ordered that the criminal convictions of both Jimmie Beck, 40, the janitor, and Fred Latsko, 43, who owns a development company, be wiped off public court records. See Chicago Sun-Times coverage of the story here.

Any predictions on how often Gov. Quinn will use his clemency powers? Will he leave them unattened like Blago did (before he knew he was in trouble)?
