WFLX Fox 29 reports that the Florida Board of Executive Clemency has commuted the sentence of Donald Keehn who was sentenced to five years in prison for the role that he played in a drive-by shooting. Keehn has only served about half of the sentence, but is 88-years-old, wheelchair bound and suffers from congestive heart failure and both prostate and skin cancer. He also promises to leave Florida if released! See story here.
