Arkansas: Request
The Arkansas News Bureau reports Deanna Bobo is asking that her 12-year sentence for sexually assaulting a teenager be commuted. It is also reported that Bobo is admitting to the state Parole Board "for the first time" that she had sex with the boy on two occasions. A County prosecutor is opposing the request. At trial, three other witnesses said that they also had sex with Bobo when they were under the age of 18. See story here.
