Governor Mike Beebe's office has announced that he intends to grant seven pardons. Beebe rejected an an additional 12 clemency requests and took no action on 22 more. Each of the seven pardon was granted to individuals who completed all jail time, fulfilled all parole-and-probationary requirements and paid all fines related to their sentences. Among the offenses addressed are: Possession of Marijuana with Intent, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Maintaining Premises, Conspiracy to Possess Methamphetamine, Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Theft by Receiving, Battery, Domestic Battery, and Theft of Property.
