Russia Grants Pardons. Obama Still "O for Ever"

The Associated Press reports Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has pardoned four convicted foreign spies (Alexander Zaporozhsky, Gennady Vasilenko, Sergei Skripal and Igor Sutyagin), so they can be exchanged for 10 individuals in the United States who are accused of spying for Russia. It is also reported that all four individuals "had submitted a plea for pardon admitting their guilt." See AP story here.

Meanwhile, it is reported here that the 10 Russians that we are swapping have plead guilty in court. But no pardon from President Obama - pardons perhaps not being his gig. PardonPower welcomes visitor 186,979, the Government Office of the Slovak Republic!
