The St. Petersburg Times is featuring a story by Steve Bousquet entitled "Dispensing tough love at the Clemency Board" which covers Governor Rick Scott's first day as Board chair, sitting "in judgment of his fellow man." The Governor is joined by the State's Attorney General and others, but Bousquet says the Governor's vote is "more powerful than any of the others" since "he must be on the prevailing side."
