WREG Channel 3, Memphis reports Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe has announced that he intend to grant seven pardons. An additional 28 clemency requests were denied. Per usual, the seven applicants have all "completed all jail time, fulfilled all parole-and-probationary requirements and paid all fines related to their sentences." Among the offense addressed are: Possession of Methamphetamine, Delivery of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia , Breaking or Entering, Theft of Property, Theft of Property, Burglary, Possession of Cocaine and Drug Paraphernalia, Theft of Property, Forgery, Delivery of Cocaine.
