October is over. No pardons or commutations of sentence from President Obama - currently hanging around in the George Washington / John Adams League of Stinginess. So, in 23 of the last 24 years, zero pardons and commutations of sentence have been granted in the month of October!
On the other hand, December is around the corner and 1 of every 2 pardons and commutations of sentence granted over the last 39 years has been granted in the month of December.

We will see, if The President wants to do as poor of a job in issuing pardons as GWB, he still has about 70 to go.
Here's hoping for series of systemic group pardons.
