The seven applicants intended for pardons have completed all jail time, fulfilled all parole-and-probationary requirements and paid all fines related to their sentences. Governor Mike Beebe has announced his intent to grant seven pardons. There are no law enforcement objections any of the applications. In addition to the pardons, Beebe also intends to grant a commutation of sentence and has denied 30 clemency requests. Per usual:
