Obama to Pardon Sandi Jackson?

Michael Sneed of the Chicago Sun Times has this to offer:
The hottest rumor to come down the political pike: Speculation President Barack Obama may pardon former Ald. Sandi Jackson before he leaves office in January 2017.
So, just like that, another candidate for our patented Pardon Watch List !
